SUBJECT:  Towards Realization of Operation Go Forward 2016

 

From Glory to Glory greetings in Jesus name.

In pursuit of full and timely  delivery of Operation Go Forward, members are to be sensitized and mobilized to participate in both morning and evening gospel raids by engaging in any of the following:

1.      Soul Winners Squad – These are the foot soldiers who shall be engaged on the harvest fields for the rescue of lost souls (Lk. 14:21,23).

2.     Intercessory Prayer Squad – This is the prayer arm who shall be engaged in interceding for the foot soldiers while they are on the harvest field (Is. 66:7-8).

3.     Caller’s Squad – This is a follow-up team  that engages in telephone calls, SMS and other social media to ensure the ingathering of the souls won in previous outreaches, admonishing and encouraging them to be in the next service (Jn. 10:16).

Members should be allowed to make their choice of squad knowing fully well that they are entitled to the same rewards (1Cor. 3:8).

All of the above is without prejudice to individuals/ partnership engagement in soul winning endeavours and other platforms created by the Church such as district/ zonal outreaches.

In the light of this, staff devotion time should be reviewed so as to allow all staff to be involved in any of these groups.

Meanwhile, the Pastors/ Staff night prayer meeting where it exists should be suspended within this period in order for each person to have time for personal engagement in prayers and supplication.

In conclusion, please be reminded that any other program different from those specified above or hitherto not previously communicated as our adopted pattern should not be engaged. These include; musical jamboree, film show, relief material distributions, frees medical services, skill acquisition empowerment program, e.t.c.

Operation Go Forward shall indeed be a reality in all Stations.
